Green Bay, WI –  On Tuesday March 10, 2020 board members of The Forget Me Not Fund, Inc., a local non profit 501 (c)(3) who provides funding to support local Dementia Coalitions, Memory Cafes, education for community awareness, support for caregivers, and education presented a substantial donation to The Center for Independent Documentary (CID) in support for an independent documentary called, Determined which was directed by Melissa Godoy and produced by Therese Tanner-Barry, and Eileen Littig.  The film examines in heartbreaking detail, the toll Alzheimer’s Disease, particularly on the inner lives of caregivers. It also introduces us to three brave women from Wisconsin and a team of doctors who, together, give us hope for a brighter future. 

The world premier of Determined will be at the Wisconsin Film Festival in Madison, on April 5, 2020 at 3:00 PM. NOTICE: Unfortunately, this event has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
