Caregiving is not always easy and this time of isolation can increase stress. 

Technology can be scary but it can also be a BIG HELP.  Learn more about how to use Technology to connect with loved ones and reduce social isolation thru video phone calling, monitoring devices, SMART caregiving, medication management and general home safety.  This fun and interactive presentation will provide information on technology and aides available to assist caregivers and their families be more connected.

This course can also assist in helping to keep your loved ones involved in the upcoming holidays and feeling more connected and less isolated than before.

This course will be offered through Zoom.
