Green Bay, WI – On June 11, 2025, more than 300 guests gathered at the iconic Lambeau Field Atrium for an unforgettable evening—the largest Forget Me Not Fashion Show to date! What began as a single event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s education has since grown into Forget Me Not Fund, Inc., a nonprofit making a meaningful impact across the region.
Adding local star power to the evening, FOX 11’s Rachel Manek served as emcee, joined by WBAY’s recently retired Bill Jartz, who helped energize the crowd during the night’s exciting live auction. Over 50 silent auction and raffle items donated by local businesses and community members were up for bid, including gift cards, Coach bags and wallets, jewelry, and a $1,000 stainless steel beverage center donated by Grand Appliance & TV.
Thanks to incredible community support, generous donations, and strong participation in everything from auctions to wine, chocolate, and Twig’s Forget Me Not Grape Soda sales, we’re proud to share that the 2025 Fashion Show surpassed its $100,000 fundraising goal!
A heartfelt thank you to our Diamond Sponsor, the K.C. Stock Foundation, and to our Sapphire Sponsors: Breakthrough US Venture, the Kurt & Diane Gruett Family Foundation, and M3 Insurance for making this event, and our continued mission, possible.

50/50 Raffle
Volunteers Casey Burkett and Matt Baumler from Unity Hospice raised nearly $4,000 of 50/50 tickets – an incredible impact & boost from previous shows!
