We want to thank our past sponsors for the support that they have provided to Forget Me Not Fund. With them as partners, we are able to provide financial support for initiatives from Dementia Networks in Brown, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, Stockbridge Munsee Tribal, and recently Forest and Taylor County. Some examples of initiatives include memory cafes, educational and training events, sensory parks, Purple Angel and Dementia Friends training, and Dementia Resource Guides.
Twig’s Beverage
In 2016 Twig’s chose to donate a portion of the profits from grape soda sales to the FORGET ME NOT FUND in support of Alzheimer’s Disease awareness and education in the Brown, Oconto, Shawano Counties, Stockbridge Munsee, and Menominee Tribal Communities. This fund provides scholarships for educational sessions and support for those who care for loved ones with dementia.
