11th Annual Forget Me Not
Fall Fashion Show Recap!
The 11th Annual Forget Me Not Fall Fashion Show on Oct 22, 2019 was a record breaking success!!
What a night!
Held at The Rock Garden Supper Club in Green Bay, the Fund hosted a cocktail hour that gave old and new friends a chance to connect while purchasing tickets for the many bucket raffles, 50/50, wine wall, chocolate wall, centerpieces and Twig’s Forget Me Not Grape Soda.
Attendees also had a chance to view the many auction items including a trip to Mexico, Chef prepared tailgate extravaganza at Lambeau, Charter fishing and stay at a beautiful bed and breakfast, Traeger grill package, Phantom of the Opera tickets, and A night on the town package with a stretch limo- just to name a few!
With the introduction of honorary MC and Auctioneer, Bill Jartz from WBAY Action 2 News, the fashion show was underway. The children modeling clothes from Blue Bench Boutique in Oconto Falls and Generations in Shawano were so cute and adorable! Other guest models did an amazing job walking the runway with the latest fashions from Dreier Pharmacy, Generations, and Twist Boutique. In the past there were many requests to buy the clothing the models were wearing, so with that in mind, pop up shops were available after the show.
The Forget Me Not Fund is very thankful for everyone who helped make the 11th annual fashion show a success.
All donations are 100% tax deductible and ALL money is used locally!
Please donate online at forgetmenotfund.org and help us create a better life for families living with dementia.

Dinner and presentations started at 6:00 PM, with special guest speaker Lucas Hartwig, VP of Twig’s Beverage. Twig’s Beverage donates a percentage of sales from the Forget Me Not Grape soda, which is distributed and sold statewide to benefit the Forget Me Not Fund. Devon Christianson from Brown County ADRC, Adam Roundy representing Barkhausen Sensory Woods, and Heidi Russell Director of Shawano County Aging followed, giving insight to the many initiatives the Forget Me Not Fund has supported in their organization’s efforts towards bringing awareness, and dementia education to our communities, making them safer and more “dementia friendly”.
Bill kept things lively calling the many winners of the bucket raffles, 50/50, wine wall, chocolate wall, centerpieces, and live auction. The final drawing from the Twig’s Forget Me Not Grape Soda was a 55 inch Smart TV from Grand Appliance and TV.
With a record attendance, the sold out show raised over $37,000 for The Forget Me Not Fund to continue not only changing the lives of those with dementia and their families, but supporting the many local community groups and organizations that are lacking the funds to help make life better for them!
